In the heart of the Cascade Mountain range in Oregon lies a now extinct shield volcano named Three Fingered Jack. With its iconic shape and rugged terrain, it became a symbol of the raw beauty, untamed wilderness, and adventurous spirit that characterizes the Pacific Northwest.

But Three Fingered Jack was more than just a natural wonder - its very name hinted at a mysterious past. Some said it was named after Tres Dedos ("three fingers"), a notorious outlaw who roamed the wilds of Oregon and California in the 1850s, until he was finally brought down by California Rangers.

Others whispered that it was named after a gold rush-era miner and vaquero known as Three Fingered Jack. It was in this spirit of adventure and exploration that Three Finger Jack Coffee Co. was born.
