How do I start a subscription?

It's easy! Find the product you want, and select the discounted Subscribe and Save option, your delivery frequency, and Add to Cart. Your subscription will start as soon as you place the order.

How do I manage my subscription?

There are several ways. Once you checkout, your order confirmation screen will include a link to manage your subscription. Don't worry if you miss it - you'll also receive emails to do the same. You can then come back at any time and manage your subscription by clicking the "person" icon in the top right corner of the site's home page.

What is the delivery frequency?

You may select every week, every two weeks, or every month.

How do I add to or change products in my subscription?

First, login to your account. For help on logging in, see "How do I manage my subscription?".

Once logged in, to add a product, select: Subscriptions>Manage Subscription>Edit>Add Product. Once you make your selection, you can then remove any products you no longer want by clicking the delete icon next to that product.

If you're already logged into your account, you can also add a product by navigating to each product's page on the website and clicking Subscribe and Save>Add to your existing subscription>Add to Cart.

How do I change my delivery frequency?

Once logged in, select Subscriptions>Manage Subscription>Edit>Schedule.

How do I skip an order or pause my subscription?

First, login to your account. For help on logging in, see "How do I manage my subscription?".

Once logged in, select Subscriptions>Manage Subscription. Here you can skip your next order or pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

First, login to your account. For help on logging in, see "How do I manage my subscription?".

Once logged in, select Subscriptions>Manage Subscription>Cancel.
